MANILA, Philippines — Ten Angono, Rizal police officers were relieved from their posts and placed under restrictive custody for allegedly arresting a criminology student on a falsified drug charge and demanding P100,000 for his release, the Police Regional Office Calabarzon (PRO 4A) said on Wednesday. “The Police Regional Office Calabarzon will conduct its own parallel
