3 found guilty in P1-B ‘tapioca starch’ drug haul

MANILA, Philippines — The Manila Regional Trial Court has found guilty three individuals involved in the 2019 smuggling of tapioca starch which turned out to be almost P1-billion shabu shipment. In a ruling made public Wednesday, the Manila RTC Branch 21 found Muktasil Abundol Asimuddin, Emmanuel Paulo Delos Reyes Landicho (alias “Emman”), and George Fernandez
