3 nabbed over kidnapping of businessman in Mandaluyong City

MANILA, Philippines — Three individuals were arrested for the alleged kidnapping of a businessman in Mandaluyong City, while the purported mastermind remained at large, the Anti-Kidnapping Group (AKG) said on Wednesday. Operatives traced the suspects and the victim to a house in a gated village in Quezon City last Monday, AKG Director Brig. Gen. Glicerio
