Aklan, Capiz dams at normal levels amid rains from shear line

ILOILO CITY — Major irrigation dams in Aklan and Capiz remained within normal operating levels as of 3 p.m. on Tuesday, February 10, even as a shear line continues to affect Western Visayas, bringing intermittent rains over parts of the region. In its latest update, the National Irrigation Administration (NIA) Regional Office VI said water
