Baligod: Pangandaman personally took luggage of cash from ‘ex-Marines’

MANILA, Philippines — Counsel Levito Baligod alleged that former Budget Secretary Amenah Pangandaman “personally” accepted luggage of cash from the former supposed Marines. Baligod said this in an ambush interview when asked if it is true that not all the personalities tagged in the 18 alleged ex-Marines’ affidavit directly accepted the supposed flood control kickbacks.
