Bishop clarifies role as witness in ‘Marines-turned-bagmen’ affidavit

MANILA, Philippines — An evangelical leader who was named as witness in the joint affidavit of the 18 alleged former Marines-turned-’bagmen’ of former Ako Bicol Rep. Elizaldy Co has clarified his role as a witness, saying this does not mean he can attest to the document’s accuracy. Bishop Efraim Tendero, who once headed the wide
