BOC: 3 convicted in P998-M drug smuggling at Manila port

MANILA, Philippines — A P998-million drug smuggling case involving nearly 147 kilograms of illegal drugs has led to the conviction of three individuals, the Bureau of Customs (BOC) said Friday. In a decision dated Dec. 9, 2025, the Manila Regional Trial Court found Muktasil Abundol Assimudin, Emmanuel Paulo Delos Reyes Landicho, and George Sim Fernandez
