BOC sets re-auction of 7 Discaya luxury vehicles

MANILA, Philippines — The Bureau of Customs (BOC) is set to hold another public auction on Wednesday, Feb. 25, for 12 luxury vehicles, including seven seized from public works contractors Pacifico “Curlee” and Cezarah “Sarah” Discaya. The couple’s Rolls Royce car was recently sold via public auction. The Discayas have been implicated in anomalous flood
