TAGBILARAN CITY — Citing the continued increase in fuel prices and economic strain, the local government of Talibon in Bohol province has rolled out a rice assistance program targeting transport and maritime workers. In an advisory, Mayor Janette Aurestila-Garcia said the initiative aims to support tricycle drivers and operators, as well as fishing and passenger
