SAN FRANCISCO, Agusan del Sur — Butuan City Mayor Law Fortun has created a task force to crack down on illegal price increases after reports that some businesses in the city raised prices of goods and fuel ahead of official adjustment schedules. Fortun said he issued an executive order creating “Oplan Bantay Presyo,” a composite
