MANILA, Philippines — Will there be an alliance between the camp of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and the opposition in the 2028 elections? Senate Deputy Majority Leader Risa Hontiveros said she cannot tell, as of now, if the opposition would need to form an alliance with the Marcos camp in order to beat Vice
