MANILA, Philippines — Lawyer Jan Chan, the third nominee of Ako Bicol party-list, has taken his oath of office to fill the spot vacated by former Rep. Elizaldy “Zaldy” Co, who resigned amid calls for him to return home. During the session on Monday, Chan took his oath before House of Representatives Speaker Faustino “Bojie” Dy III.
