Comelec delists over 100,000 voters in Negros Occidental

BACOLOD CITY— The Commission on Elections (Comelec) has delisted a total of 113,776 persons from its voters list in Negros Occidental province as of Tuesday. According to Provincial Election Supervisor Ian Lee Ananoria, the majority of voters purged from the list were those who failed to vote in two consecutive elections, totaling 109,864. Some 31 voters were
