Comelec proclaims Jeffrey Soriano as ACT-CIS representative

MANILA, Philippines — The Commission on Elections proclaimed businessman Jeffrey Soriano on Wednesday as the ACT-CIS Party-list representative following Edvic Yap’s resignation. The party-list won two seats in the 2025 elections, seating Yap as its first nominee and Rep. Jocelyn Pua Tulfo as its second nominee in the House of Representatives. Soriano, the party-list’s third
