DOH eyes to vaccinate 1.7M more Mindanao kids vs measles, rubella

MANILA, Philippines—The Department of Health (DOH) urged parents in Mindanao to have their children vaccinated against measles and rubella as it noted that 1.7 million children in the region have yet to receive their shots. In a statement on Monday, the DOH reported that its ongoing “Ligtas Tigdas” supplemental immunization activity in Mindanao has so
