MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Transport (DOTr) on Tuesday ordered a comprehensive safety audit and risk inspection done on MV Trisha Kerstin 3 ferry following its sinking in Basilan waters. This directive comes as authorities seek to uncover the cause of the tragedy that killed at least 18 people and left ten others missing.
