LEGAZPI CITY — Continuous road repairs along the Andaya Highway in Camarines Sur province are expected to ease traffic flow and reduce travel time ahead of the Holy Week rush. Public Works Secretary Vince Dizon, during a site inspection on Monday, said completed works include reblocking in Manangle village in Sipocot town and road slip
