Dupax del Norte mining firm questions suspension of exploration permit

MANILA, Philippines — The mining company behind an exploration in Dupax del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya has questioned the legality of the temporary suspension imposed on its activities in the area. At the same time, an environmental group has called on the government to totally cancel the operations that reportedly led to “continued plunder and harassment.”
