Edsa@40: Groups offer flowers, pledge at People Power Monument

MANILA, Philippines — Following the prayer march on Wednesday morning, several groups offered flowers and pledged the “Panata ng Mamamayan” (Pledge of the Citizens) at the People Power Monument during the 40th anniversary of the Edsa People Power revolution. Church and civil organization leaders during the pledge along White Plains Avenue and Edsa said, “Ako
