Ex-DPWH chief Bonoan denies fleeing, faces flood control probe

MANILA, Philippines – Former Public Works and Highways Secretary Manuel Bonoan on Monday assured that he will address the allegations of corruption against him in relation to flood control projects. Bonoan returned to the Philippines last month from the United States, where he accompanied his wife, who is scheduled to undergo a medical procedure. Bonoan,
