PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur — A grenade explosion shattered the glass wall of a newly constructed building of a fast food chain in Barangay Malakas, Lamitan City in Basilan on Tuesday night, injuring a laborer and prompting police to launch a citywide dragnet operation. Lt. Col. Elmer Solon, Lamitan City police chief, said they
