MANILA, Philippines — Commuters will face higher transportation costs beginning Thursday, March 19, after the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) approved an across-the-board provisional fare hikes covering jeepneys, buses, taxis, and ride-hailing services.
