House justice panel consolidates impeachment complaints vs Marcos

MANILA, Philippines — The House Committee on Justice has effectively consolidated the impeachment complaints against President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. by taking them up jointly, although the “physical” or formal merging of the grounds and offenses will only take place alongside the determination of probable cause, panel chair and Batangas Rep. Gerville Luistro said Monday. Speaking
