Iloilo deploys over 4,300 responders to aid, secure Dinagyang revelers

ILOILO CITY — As one of the country’s biggest cultural festivals draws thousands of visitors from across the Philippines, Iloilo City rolled out a large-scale security and emergency response operation for Dinagyang 2026. It deployed more than 4,300 personnel and 230 vehicles and assets to manage crowds, traffic and public safety during the opening weekend.
