MANILA, Philippines – A jeepney driver has likened the current state of his livelihood to what it went through during the COVID-19 pandemic, as he has stopped plying his routes once again – this time due to the rising cost of fuel. Reggie Manlapig, a 46-year-old jeepney driver from Calumpit, Bulacan, and a member of
