MANILA, Philippines — A jeepney driver was touched when a passenger paid a P200 fare and walked away without taking the change. Caught on CCTV inside the jeepney, a masked passenger, who appears to be male, was seen alighting the vehicle at Commonwealth Ave. corner Pearl Drive in Fairview, Quezon City, after paying his fare.
