MANILA, Philippines — Interior and Local Government Secretary Jonvic Remulla denied using a sports utility vehicle (SUV) with plate number 6 along Ayala Avenue in Makati City. The claim came from a social media page, alleging Remulla was aboard a black Mercedes-Benz which supposedly used a siren (wangwang) to quickly cut through traffic.
