Kaamulan 2026 opens with sacred rites, unity call

MALAYBALAY CITY, Bukidnon – Dawn broke over the Bukidnon Capitol Grounds as the “Pamukalag Ha Pangampo” ritual formally opened the Kaamulan Festival 2026 on Thursday. The festival gathers the province’s seven ethnolinguistic groups in a show of unity and tradition. The early morning rite marked the start of the monthlong celebration, followed by a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Bukidnon Gov. Rogelio
