MANILA, Philippines – The government has rolled out “libreng sakay” (free rides) across key routes in Metro Manila as a nationwide transport strike disrupts public commuting on March 26 and 27. In an advisory, the Department of Transportation (DOTr) said the “libreng sakay” program will run from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday and
