COTABATO CITY — The mayor of Shariff Aguak, Maguindanao del Sur survived an ambush at 6:30 a.m. today, Sunday, January 25, but two of his escorts were hurt, his executive assistant said. Anwar Kuit Emblawa, executive assistant of Shariff Aguak Mayor Akmad Mitra Ampatuan, said the mayor was safe after his black Toyota Land Cruiser was ambushed along the road
