MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has summoned the registered owner and driver of a vehicle involved in a viral road rage incident in Pasig City, the agency said on Saturday. According to the LTO, a show cause order was issued following a viral video showing a female driver and her companion arguing
