LTO summons vlogger over road rage, reckless driving

MANILA, Philippines — A vlogger who allegedly engaged in road rage and reckless driving has been issued a show-cause order to appear before the Land Transportation Office (LTO). In a statement on Monday, the LTO said the vlogger was seen in a viral video “intentionally driving close to another vehicle.” The vlogger allegedly exited his
