MANILA, Philippines — Despite being tasked to hear the impeachment complaints against Vice President Sara Duterte, the House of Representatives is doing its job to address pressing issues like the oil crisis brought by the Middle East conflict, Batangas Rep. Gerville Luistro said. Luistro, chairperson of the House committee on justice, said in her opening speech
