MANILA, Philippines — The request for protective custody for Ramil Madriaga, former aide to Vice President Sara Duterte, arises from his fear that former Negros Oriental Rep. Arnolfo Teves Jr. may want him dead, Akbayan Rep. Chel Diokno said Wednesday. Speaking at the House Committee on Justice hearing on Duterte’s impeachment complaints, Diokno reiterated his motion
