Magnitude 5 earthquake strikes Ilocos Sur

BAGUIO CITY – A magnitude 5.0 earthquake jolted the province of Ilocos Sur at 9:36 a.m. on Monday, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) reported.
