MANILA, Philippines — A man, 41, was arrested in Pasig City for allegedly harassing a woman, 21, with text messages asking for sexual favors, the Philippine National Police Anti-Cybercrime Group (PNP ACG) said on Tuesday. The suspect was entrapped in an operation after the woman agreed to meet up with him in Barangay Kapasigan on
