Manhunt on for killers of retired Army colonel

MANILA, Philippines — The police have launched a manhunt for the perpetrators of the killing of retired Army Col. Leonardo Songcayo in Cotabato last week. “Our commanders in the area have already been instructed to leave no stone unturned in the conduct of the investigation,” Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr.
