MANILA, Philippines — Manila Water Non-East Zone subsidiary Manila Water Philippine Ventures, Inc. (MWPV), through its operating unit Estate Water, has formalized a 30-year partnership with Cathay Land, Inc., a deal that will enhance water and wastewater services across key Cathay Land developments in Silang, Cavite. Cathay Land, Inc., a 31-year strong and continuously growing
