MANILA, Philippines—One ticket holder won the Lotto 6/42 jackpot in Thursday’s draw, while no bettor took home the top prize in SuperLotto 6/49, according to the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office. The winning combination for Lotto 6/42 was 25-29-17-41-23-13 for a jackpot of ₱18.86 million. PCSO said the winning combination for SuperLotto 6/49 was 21-20-32-04-43-13. No
