Marcos declares special non-working days in 5 areas

MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has declared “special non-working days” in five areas of the country in the coming weeks of January and February. Marcos, through Executive Secretary Ralph Recto, issued separate proclamations for the suspension of work — both in public and private sectors — in one province, two cities, and two towns,
