Marcos impeachment: 2nd complaint filed, Makabayan unsure of inclusion

MANILA, Philippines — While a second impeachment complaint against President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has been filed with the House of Representatives, the Makabayan Coalition is unsure whether it will be combined with the first petition when forwarded to the plenary. In an interview on Monday, lawmakers from the Makabayan bloc and members of progressive groups confirmed
