MANILA, Philippines — The Metro Manila Subway Project (MMSP) is ahead of schedule, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. said on Friday as he led the groundbreaking of its Kalayaan Avenue and Bonifacio Global City (BGC) stations in Taguig City.
