Mindoro lawmaker says infra-related rap against him is harassment

MANILA, Philippines — Occidental Mindoro Rep. Leody Tarriela said on Tuesday that a complaint linking him to anomalous projects is mere harassment, as he is neither a contractor nor involved in budget-making processes. In a statement, Tarriela said he has already informed the Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) that he is not involved in discussions of
