Nartatez eyes stronger response system for Safe Spaces Act violations

MANILA, Philippines — Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. ordered the agency’s commanders to strengthen their reporting and response mechanisms for violations of Republic Act No. 11313 or the Safe Spaces Act. “Part of our mandate is to ensure protection of the vulnerable sectors of our society,” Nartatez said in a
