Nartatez given arrival honors after promotion to PNP chief

MANILA, Philippines — Newly promoted Philippine National Police chief Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. was given arrival honors upon returning to the PNP headquarters at Camp Crame in Quezon City on Wednesday, Jan. 28. Nartatez arrived at the PNP headquarters shortly before noon and was welcomed by Deputy Chief for Administration Lt. Gen. Bernard Banac.
