Evidence shows suicide in Cabral’s death – PNP

BOCAUE, Bulacan — Pieces of evidence have shown that former Public Works undersecretary Maria Cabral died by suicide, acting Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Lt. Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. said on Monday. “Pieces of evidence we have gathered show that there is a suicide,” Nartatez said in an an ambush interview here.  However, he
