LTO summons owner, driver of gov’t vehicle involved in road rage

MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has summoned the registered owner and driver of a government vehicle, which was involved in a road rage incident in Bulacan. According to the LTO’s initial investigation, a viral video showed that the driver of the Ford Ranger, bearing a government-owned license plate, acted “violently” and intentionally
