LTO probes another viral road rage, to summon drivers, vehicle owners

MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Office (LTO) is investigating another viral road rage incident involving at least four cars in heavy traffic. Based on the viral video, the drivers of the cars were caught getting into a physical fight in the middle of heavy traffic on a public road. There is no information yet
