Decomposing body of miner found floating in Cagayan River

TUGUEGARAO CITY — Rescuers retrieved the decomposing body of a man from the Cagayan River in Amulung, Cagayan, on Tuesday, December 23, local disaster response officials reported on Wednesday. Efren Battung, Amulung Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officer, said the body was discovered lodged in debris along the river and was subsequently pulled out by
