Another ICI commissioner resigns

MANILA, Philippines — Another commissioner of the Independent Commission for Infrastructure tendered her resignation on Friday. Commissioner Rosanna Fajardo said her “courtesy resignation” will be effective until Dec. 31.  Former ICI commissioner Rogelio Singson had also stepped down from the body this month. /apl
